If, within 14 days of purchase, you can show it hasn’t delivered on those two fronts, we’ll refund your full purchase price.
How it works:
1. Submit your request within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@openspaces.design with your order number.
2. Show us the data — send before/after screenshots (or a recording) of your storefront’s aesthetics and conversion metrics (e.g. Google Analytics, Shopify reports) demonstrating no improvement.
3. We’ll review and respond within 48 hours. If it’s clear Plain Jane hasn’t delivered as promised, we’ll process your refund—no questions asked.
