What this covers
This guarantee applies to purchases of our Plain Jane Shopify theme (Standard and Interactive licenses) made directly from openspaces.design.
It does not apply to services, add‑ons, AI tools, sections, e‑books or other products unless a page explicitly says they are covered by this guarantee.
Our promise
If you install and use Plain Jane on your live store and it does not improve your store's sales or conversion performance within 14 days, we'll refund you in full.
To claim it, you agree to actually use the theme and show us basic before‑and‑after data so we can see it didn't help.
⚠️ Refunds are not issued for changes of mind, not being ready to launch, or misunderstandings about what's required to set up your store.
How to qualify
To request a refund under this guarantee, you must:
1. Request within 14 days
Email support@openspaces.design within 14 days of your purchase with your order number.
2. Use Plain Jane on your live store
Publish Plain Jane as the active theme on your Shopify store during that 14‑day period.
3. Show before/after results
Provide simple before‑and‑after screenshots (or a short screen recording) showing:
- Your storefront with your previous theme and with Plain Jane live, and
- Your store's sales or conversion metrics from Shopify/analytics over a comparable period, showing no improvement or worse results.
We don't need a full audit – just enough to reasonably see that Plain Jane didn't improve things for your store.
Our review process
- We'll review your request and data within 48 hours.
- If it reasonably shows no improvement after using Plain Jane as described above, we'll approve your refund and process it back to your original payment method.
- We may ask a small number of follow‑up questions to understand how the theme was used before making a final decision.
License on refund
If we issue a refund:
- Your Plain Jane license will be revoked,
- Your license key will be deactivated, and
- You must remove Plain Jane from any live stores and stop using the theme files.
